Thunder Loop is a tight outdoor track behind Jacksonville retail, with a timing board that people screenshot. Ray Delgado runs junior karts on a separated inner loop and adult karts that actually get up to a thrill without being reckless. Grandstand benches get hot; the snack shack sells pickles and soda. Billing is unpaid this cycle after a timing-system replacement.
