Sherwood Lyric Hall is a mid-century auditorium that community chorus, youth recitals, and small touring ensembles all share. Patricia Glenn keeps the piano tuned and the ushers smiling. It smells like stage curtains. Grandparents fill the center section. The acoustics are kinder than the seats.
