Saline Ridge Fair Park is smaller than Pulaski and prouder of its livestock barns. Brett Lang (Hop Line Tavern) somehow also chairs the fair board. School-day livestock shows are the soul of the place; the midway is the sugar. Dust is a food group. The gate is friendlier if you know someone, which everyone does.
