Rotating Light Exhibits is a black-box hall near the river that hosts short-run light and projection shows. Evan Cole changes the room every six weeks so regulars cannot phone it in. It is Instagram-friendly without being empty. Date nights walk slowly. Kids run, then get whispered to.
