Oxbow Brewing occupies a warehouse east of downtown where fermenters are the décor and the patio is a string-lit gravel lot. Seth Harmon’s house pilsner is the easy order; hop heads chase the rotating IPA. Food is pretzels, mustard, and a smoked sausage board. Dogs are welcome, kids sometimes appear before 7, and tap takeovers draw the serious drinkers.
