Overlook Arsenal Grounds is a hill loop with markers about a supply site that never became a tourist fort. Helen Park’s nonprofit keeps the grass cut and the view shed clear. It is a historic site you walk rather than enter. Picnic tables face west. School groups do rubbings of the bronze plaques.
