Natural State Strength Lab is a no-frills box off Landers with a rig, barbells, and a whiteboard that changes daily. Elena Voss coaches morning and evening classes, scaling options included, plus open gym blocks for lifters who want quiet rack time. Chalk is allowed; ego is not. First-timers get a fundamentals intro before jumping into the floor.
