Mosaic Cultural Hall wraps a courtyard with galleries of textiles, photographs, and a small stage that hosts heritage music nights. Aisha Rahman programs like a festival director trapped in a building. It is one of the few places downtown where you can see a dance workshop and a photo show in the same hour. The courtyard mural is the unofficial meeting spot.
