Lantern Stage is a black-box company that premieres new scripts and the occasional sharp revival. Rachel Kim directs like she is still in rehearsal — in a good way. Seats are close enough to see sweat. The lobby chandelier is the only fancy thing. Season subscribers argue in the parking lot afterward, which is the point.
