Jacksonville Memory Museum collects the civilian side of a military town: dance-hall tickets, hangar photos, and kitchen tables recorded on tape. Ruth Hayes, retired and tireless, still leads Saturday talks. It is modest, specific, and better than a generic aviation hall of fame. School groups come for the uniform try-on that is actually supervised.
