Ironwood Steak Room keeps the dining room dark on purpose: booths, low lamps, and a ribeye that arrives with a quiet amount of ceremony. Grant Holloway’s creamed spinach is the side people remember. The old fashioned list is short and correct. Reservations help on Saturday; the bar can usually seat two.
