Flint Hill Brewery sits on a rise off Military Road with picnic tables, cornhole, and a taproom that still smells like mash at 2pm. Renee Dalton’s amber ale is the flagship; the pastry stout drops once a quarter and disappears. Saturdays are release days with a short line and a food truck. It is more backyard than industrial taproom.
