Cypress Tap Works is a nano-brewery in a Maumelle industrial bay that somehow feels like a park pavilion. Noah Ellis brews a kolsch that disappears in summer and a rye pale that regulars defend. Seating is mostly outdoors under cypress-looking posts. It is quiet compared with downtown taprooms and closes before last call on purpose.
