Copper Patty is a neon-lit Maumelle counter where smash burgers hit a buttered plancha and shakes come thick enough for a spoon. Marcus Hale named the double patty after the copper hood over the grill. Kids climb into vinyl booths after rec-league games; teens linger over loaded fries. It is fast without feeling like a chain, and the pickle spears are house-brined.
