Bounce Harbor is a high-ceiling Chenal warehouse of trampoline courts, a foam pit, and a dodgeball arena that sounds like a gym class. Kelly Simmons staffs party rooms that parents actually sit in. Sock rentals are mandatory and somehow always neon. It is the rainy Saturday release valve for West Little Rock elementary schools.
