Blackbox Twenty-Two is a flexible downtown room with black walls, pipe grid, and folding chairs that get rearranged per show. Evan Cole (Rotating Light) books movement pieces, new-work evenings, and the occasional late experimental set. It is not comfortable. It is memorable. Programs are a single sheet.
