Benton Civic Theatre is volunteer-powered and proud of it: comedies, a holiday show that sells out, and a set shop that smells like sawdust. Lori Benton (no relation to the city, she swears) runs auditions like a town meeting. It is the opposite of exclusive. Bring cash for the 50/50 raffle.
