Arkansas Foodways Lab is a tasting classroom where Chef Ruthie Caldwell (yes, from Magnolia) teaches the history of a pot of beans like it is literature. Sessions mix lecture, tasting, and a ridiculous certificate. It is a learning experience, not a restaurant. Bring curiosity and a not-too-full stomach.
